We are currently looking for an enthusiastic student to join our marketing Department for an Internship in Madrid, Spain

Internship Marketing - Spain

About the Role:

This position is within HARMAN’s EMEA Lifestyle Audio Division, based in Madrid, Spain. As a Marketing Intern your focus will be supporting the main marketing pillars in the local market: Direct to End Customer (Newsletters, Email, Events…), Trade Marketing (Point of Sale & Online), Thru Media (Paid, PR, local opportunities…) and Thru Alternative Channels (associations, specific partnerships etc.) thru the Marketing Coordinator & Marketing Manager’s guidance and requests.

Key aspects to this role are monthly campaign coordination (small scale), reviews of marketing assets & content, Newsletter & Emailing production, FOCs & Loans, and overall work support alongside the Marketing Manager & Marketing Coordinator.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage spec sheets reviews (copy localizations, etc.).
  • Manage social media weekly content reviews and localizations.
  • Support in reporting of Merchandisers & Promoters.
  • Aid in training (product, company) of Merchandisers & Promoters.
  • Provides support for ad hoc projects and activities.
  • Provides support for the Sales Team in cross-marketing related activities.

What You Need to be succesful:

  • A minimum of 6 months - 1 year experience preferably in an International Marketing or Business Administration environment.
  • Ability to work within a matrix organization. 
  • Experience with MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Strong Organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Independent and team player, fluent in English, additional Euro language a plus.

Bonus Points if You Have:

  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish
  • Understanding of the Market
  •  A can-do attitude with strong desire to improve skills and knowledge.
