About the Role
Cycle Count Supervisor has the primary responsibility of increasing and maintaining company profitability by maintaining accurate inventory levels; ensures that optimal inventory is present and ready for use. Responsible for the results of Key Performance Indicators. Must apply the philosophy of HPS. Developing the Harman skills in employees.
What You Will Do
· Carry out the return of the inventory marked by 100% ABC cycle count per month
· Use of Tress & +Orden to Review headcount assistance and approve permissions.
· Conduct reconciliations of differences vs inventories, supporting information with evidence of movements.
· Monthly report of inventories of assemblies, aluminum, miscellaneous
· Conduct storage bins audits.
· Management of reliable and effective information 100%.
· Support for annual inventory.
· Ensures adequate inventory of materials in accordance with inventory cycles.
· Conducts daily inventory analysis to solve inventory problems.
· Ensures that inventory counts are completed regularly and in a timely manner.
· Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts.
· Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports; review reports monthly with management.
· Monitor overall performance to ensure that objectives are met through KPI and metrics.
· Reviews and reports all the discrepancies generated in the area.
· Lead Daily Meetings with your team to follow up Targets, KPI’s and Special Projects
· Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
What You Need to Be Successful
· Proficient in Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
· Bachelor Degree
· 1-3 years of related experience.
· Management SAP System in modules WM and IM
· Strong knowledge of root cause analysis methods
· Leadership and Communication Skills (Oral and Written)
· Knowledge in Scanner (SAP Console & Easy Web Scan)
· Change Orientation & Continuous Improvement
· Ability to work under stressful conditions
· Must Read, Write & Speak in English
· Teamwork and Respect, Integrity, Innovation, Inclusion & Excellence
· Customer specific requirements (applicable).
