About the Role

Responsible for ensuring the operational availability of equipment and machinery to preserve good performance, as well, as improve processes by optimizing the performance of equipment and machinery applying HPS philosophy considering the KPIs; Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost for decision making.

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for developing strategies to ensure the achievement of the objectives.
  • Responsible for corrective maintenance technicians results as maintenance downtime, mean time to repair and mean time between failures.
  • Responsible for complying safety rules.
  • Responsible for developing problem solving due critical and chronics issues coming back to the original standard the equipment and machinery as well as applying improvement in these.
  • Responsible for managing Preventive Maintenance System.
  • Responsible for developing and updating troubleshooting matrix and lessons learned.
  • Responsible for giving technical support when this is requested due an abnormality in the process production where the technicians are taking more time as well as offer support when they requested it.
  • Responsible for developing glide path graphics to work with clear & consistent direction.
  • Responsible for keeping maintenance area and production lines under a standard 5S.
  • Participates and provides support related with quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets and programs.
  • Ensure compliance with the performance of the management system ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Lean Manufacturing
  • TPM
  • Seven years working in maintenance area (In Automotive Industry)
  • English level 80%
  • Leadership, Change Orientation, Collaboration, Judgment, Result Driven, Teamwork and respect.
  • Experience in electrical control, electronics, mechanic and pneumatic.
  • PLCs Omron and allen Bradley, Lab view.
  • Programming languages, Visual Basic, Language C.
  • Analytical.
  • Experience Problem solving
  • Communication skills according the position.
  • Customer specific requirements (applicable)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics or Electric Engineering.

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Communication Skills
  • Experience in automotive gyration in assembly lines
  • Experience working with electronics tester.
  • Experience working with Tools Screwdriver Brand Desoutter.
