Objetivo do cargo

Atuar no planejamento das Manutenções Preventivas e Corretivas das seguintes áreas: Elétricas (subestações / quadros elétricos / compressores de AR), Mecânicas, Exaustão, Climatização (Splits / Self Containeers / Cassette ), Sistema de ar comprimido, entre outros.


Principais requisitos

  • Formação ensino superior ou cursando Engenharia, administração e/ou áreas afins;
  • Vivência em função relacionada a área;
  • Leitura e interpretação da ISO 45001;

 

Atividades

  • Planejar e Monitorar as Manutenções Preventivas e Corretivas das seguintes áreas: Elétricas (subestações / quadros elétricos / compressores de AR), Produtiva (Equipamentos e Máquinas), Mecânica, Exaustão, Climatização (Splits / Self Containers/ Cassette), Limpeza e conservação (Manutenção do piso ESD) e sistema de ar comprimido;
  • Manter os registros documentais da área devidamente organizado e atualizado visando o cumprimento de Normas e Legislações. Controlar a entrada de notas, através do recebimento notas de serviços, conforme procedimento interno;
  • Emitir requisição e realizar follow-up de aquisição de materiais e/ou serviços, junto a área de Compras;
  • Alimentar dados mensalmente referentes a utilização do budget da área. Apontar e analisar as informações de down-time. Monitorar os registros e check-list de manutenção. Acompanhar os indicadores e desenvolver planos de ação quando necessário;
  • Realizar análises críticas referente as falhas e/ou oportunidades de melhorias levantados na área. Fornecer suporte na implementação e manutenção de sistemas na área. Assegurar o cumprimento dos KPI´s relacionados ao departamento
