Description & Requirements

About the Role

  • The position is responsible for leading and drive achievement of Production Planning, Material Planning, Order management as well as Customs based on customer demand and targeted inventory levels for a manufacturing size.

Your Team

  • Report to Supply Chain Manager • Manufacturing.

What You Will Do

  • Supervise customer demand integration, forecast updates, and weekly requirements
  • Review and support short term production plans, recovery plans, and capacity alignment
  • Oversee long term production planning to support manufacturing and program launches
  • Support resolution of critical delivery issues with customers and internal teams
  • Review and analyze customer delivery performance and lead disputes when required
  • Ensure continuous material supply by coordinating operations, managing risks.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment processes
  • Lead supplier delivery performance improvement
  • Review and consider action need on Excess & Obsolete Inventory
  • Ensure compliance with supply chain standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify and address issues

What You Need

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistics or related.
  • At least 12+ years of procurement / production planning / material control or related fields. experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Working knowledge required includes manufacturing operations, purchasing procedures and policies, materials planning (MRP) and analytical skills. Experience in SAP is preferred
  • Excellent communications skills required. interpersonal, problem solving and decision-making skills are also required.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Good English in both oral and written.
  • A certificate of APICS or an equivalent is a plus
