About the Role

​We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional with hands-on experience in Siemens Teamcenter Product Costing to support and enhance our global product cost management processes. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in costing methodologies, sustainability, and carbon footprint analytics, and demonstrate proficiency in AI and data-driven automation to optimize cost analysis, sustainability reporting, and business decision-making

What You Will Do

  • Lead and contribute to consulting engagements focused on product cost management and cost analytics.
  • Analyze and optimize product costing processes, identifying opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and control.
  • Design and implement product costing solutions in Teamcenter PCM and custom‑built tools.
  • Collaborate with PLM/ERP teams to integrate costing with BOM, routing, and material data.
  • Develop and implement data models, reports, dashboards, and analytical frameworks to generate insights from cost data, including key cost drivers, trends, and variances.
  • Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions to automate cost estimation, improve forecast accuracy, and identify cost‑saving or carbon‑reduction opportunities.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, and Sustainability) to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends in product lifecycle costing, sustainability analytics, and AI‑driven optimization.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for client users on product costing processes, system functionalities, and analytical tools.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • 10+ years of consulting or industry experience with a significant focus on both product cost management and data analytics.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in supporting or implementing Teamcenter Product Costing (TcPCM).
  • Strong understanding of cost structures, manufacturing cost breakdowns, and supply chain cost drivers.
  • Experience with carbon accounting standards (e.g. GHG Protocol, ISO 14067) and sustainability reporting metrics.
  • Proven expertise in data analytics and AI/ML technologies (Azure AI or similar).
  • Familiarity with ERP/PLM integrations (SAP, Teamcenter) and data visualization tools (e.g. Qlik).
  • Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in Siemens Teamcenter suite (especially TcPCM).
  • Understanding of AI-driven sustainability or cost optimization models.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of lifecycle assessment (LCA) tools and methodologies.
