About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced BSP Architect / Platform Lead with 8 to 14 years of experience to lead development and integration of automotive platform BSP and system software.

What You Will Do

  • Define BSP architecture and boot flow
  • Drive board bring-up and silicon validation
  • Lead virtualization & multi-OS integration
  • Oversee subsystem bring-up (camera, display, etc.)
  • Ensure system performance and KPIs
  • Lead safety compliance activities
  • Drive debugging and issue resolution
  • Mentor teams and collaborate with stakeholders

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Strong BSP, bootloader, kernel expertise
  • Deep knowledge of memory, SMMU, DMA
  • Experience with virtualization and multi-OS
  • Strong debugging experience
  • Automotive subsystem exposure
  •  Boot chain (PBL/XBL, fastboot, EDL)
  •  Memory (DMA, SMMU/IOMMU)
  • Diagnostics tools (QXDM, ramdump)
  •  Firmware loading
  • Virtualization (virtio, VM resource allocation)
  • Multi-OS (QNX/Linux/Android coordination)
  • Full subsystem ownership (camera, audio, connectivity)
  • Safety / RTOS exposure
  •  CI strategy

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Experience with Google AAOS certification process.
  • Exposure to infotainment systems and IVI architecture.
  • Hands-on with debugging tools and performance profilers.
  • Knowledge of CAN/SOME-IP integration with Android
