About the Role
In this expanded leadership role, you will oversee the product management functions for both our Marketplace and Content Ecosystem domains. You will drive the strategic direction and execution of these product lines, ensuring they meet market demands and business objectives. This role combines leadership responsibilities across product and partnership management, requiring a visionary approach to unify and grow both domains. You will lead global teams, foster cross-functional collaboration, and champion innovation across the organization.
You will be an inspiring leader for our global team and your global peers, demonstrating both technical and business acumen to rapidly grow our product family and its corresponding business.
Your Team
Lead a diverse team of product managers and partnership managers, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative solutions across both Marketplace and Content Ecosystem.
What You Will Do
- Vision and Strategy Development: Define and execute strategic visions for both Marketplace and Content Ecosystem, integrating product and partnership roadmaps to meet business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Delivery, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless integration and execution across both domains.
- Product and Partnership Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of product development and partnership onboarding, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Utilizing Modern Tools and Best Practices: Implement the latest tools and industry best practices to enhance development processes and maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentorship and Team Leadership: Mentor and guide product and partnership teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights, driving product decisions that exceed market expectations.
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth across both domains.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field
- 15+ years of industry-related experience, including working with OEMs
- 7+ years of experience in leading product management and delivery of product roadmaps
- Extensive experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as Delivery, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Strong knowledge of modern tooling, industry best practices, and the latest technologies
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a product management team
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
- Ability to engage with customers and stakeholders to gather valuable feedback and insights
- Experience in monitoring market trends and analyzing the competitive landscape
What Makes You Eligible
- Be willing to travel up to 50%, domestic and international travel
