Description & Requirements

  • Develop weekly schedule of plant production.  Schedule to minimize cost of on-hand inventory, line changeover and overtime while ensuring on time customer delivery. 
  • Improve scheduling processes through:
  • Root cause analysis of major variance initial schedule
  • Effective communication of issues and changes
  • Drive implementation of countermeasures and improvement activities
  • Communicate supply problems with materials team and department managers. Provides options to resolve supply problems.
  • Evaluate, analyze and communicate the impact of changes in customer demand, demand analysis.
  • Check with production department for long term balance production plan , headcount analysis.
  • Analyze and communicate trends in customer demand compared to plant capacity.
  • Mange FG and WI  inventory on reasonable level.
  • Achieve on time delivery and have an optimal WIP level
  • Good visibility of production status and material status: Predict and highlight the production bottleneck or material shortage risk in the near future. Co-work closely with the related function teams, manufacturing, and engineering, supply chain to remove obstacles and prevent tragedies.
