You will join our PMO department based in our EMEA Headquarters in Amsterdam, The Netherlands in the position of:
Project Manager
About the Role:
Our brands and we are growing fast and tenacious. Therefore, our organization needs to adapt to our market size and volume. That is where you come in, a capable and organized Project Manager. In this role, you will facilitate and lead fundamental projects to sustain our EMEA organizations continuous growth and efficiency.
You are a passionate leader with solid acknowledged project management skills. You thrive in a dynamic environment, where priorities shift, but overall timelines and deliverables must be governed correctly. Silence is not one of your characteristics and you know when to motivate or escalate. You have business acumen and several years of experience in leading projects. You get excited at the prospects of diving into unknown territories and leveraging the expertise of those around you to get the job done.
What You Will Do:
- Leading key strategic projects for the EMEA organization.
- Project planning, tracking project work execution and follow up with stakeholders.
- Execution of project Stakeholder communication plans.
- Steerco meeting preparation and documentation.
- Stakeholder support in project work execution.
- Escalation point for project stakeholders.
- Organizing and storing project documentation.
- Project Management governance.
- Active role in change management.
- Promoting Project management techniques and best practices in the wider organization.
What You Need:
- Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent.
- Project Management certification (PMI preferred).
- At least 7 years of work experience in the area of Project Management.
- At least 3 years of experience in leading commerce projects commercial projects (retail and online).
- Experience with project management and database tools (Excel, MS Project, Workfront, Jira etc.).
- Able to work & contribute in a small dynamic and shifting team.
- Strong ability to operate independently without much supervision.
- Experience in working cross regional and globally with a diverse, multi-cultural team.
- Positive, energetic, can-do attitude, self-starter, accountable and takes ownership.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
What Makes You Eligible:
- Be willing to travel up to 10%, international travel.
- Be willing to work in an office in Amsterdam.
