About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to drive and support the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, with a strong focus on operations, specifically procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain management processes. This role will ensure a smooth migration by aligning business requirements, optimizing operations processes, and collaborating with IT and business stakeholders.

What You Will Do

  • Project Leadership:

    • Lead the operations workstream in the SAP S/4HANA transformation program.

    • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables for operations-related activities.

  • Process Optimization:

    • Analyze current ECC operations processes and identify opportunities for simplification and automation in S/4HANA.

    • Ensure alignment with best practices and organizational goals.

  • Stakeholder Management:

    • Act as the primary liaison between Operations, IT, and external implementation partners.

    • Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and decision-making forums.

  • System Transition:

    • Oversee data migration, testing, and validation for operations-related master data and transactional data.

    • Ensure integration with related modules (Finance, Inventory, Supplier Management).

  • Change Management & Training:

    • Support change management initiatives and develop training materials for end-users.

    • Drive adoption of new processes and tools within the operations organization.

  • Risk & Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards during the transition.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Experience:

    • 5+ years in automotive operations roles, with at least 2 years in SAP-related projects.

    • Proven experience in SAP ECC and a strong interest in SAP S/4HANA operations-related functionalities.

  • Skills:

    • Strong project management skills.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

    • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
