Sales Manager - Export

About the Role:
The Sales Manager (Export) will manage Income from Operations (IFO), margin and turnover for the existing accounts of brand products, with the objective of enhancing overall results and making full use of market opportunities within the Export regions (countries to be concluded). Focus will be on our iconic brands Denon®, Bowers & Wilkins®, Marantz®, Polk Audio® and Classé®.
What You Will Do:
- IFO and turnover margin
- Terms and conditions of own customers
- Export plan for own region and target setting per account
- Analyze and report market and competition info of allocated region
- Expected to travel to AB-accounts and shows
- Maintain a good relationship between customer and brand
- Follow-up orders by monitoring the Finance and Operations departments
- Solve problems/issues between customer and brand
- Forecast planning for own ABC-accounts
- Daily communication with distributors regarding queries related to the sales process. Provide distributors with information about prices and availability. Provide order confirmations, back orders, sales overviews (reporting) and technical information about the products.
- Develop Sales channels and the status/market share of each brand together with our distribution partners.
- Report to the General Manager Export and keep him informed on market and competition updates.
What You Need to Be Successful:
- Bachelor level in commerce or business economics
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication (verbal and in writing) in English, any other languages a plus
- Ability to handle a big amount of information coming from all the markets, be able to structure these, being able to prioritize using tools like Excel and Power BI
- Good knowledge of MS office
- Excellent communication skills, commercial feeling
- Highly structured and efficient way of working
- Ability to work independently, like to work in a small team (4-5 people)
- Charismatic and customer oriented, representative
- Pro-active, and able to think out-of-the-box
- Accurate, eye for detail
