  • Drive Integrations & Technical Innovation: Develop and manage integrations with third-party systems via APIs, create proof-of-concepts, and stay ahead of CRM trends to propose innovative solutions and best practices.
  • Analyze & Optimize Platform Performance: Conduct platform monitoring, reverse engineer existing implementations, and proactively identify areas for improvement in architecture, performance, and usability.
  • Contribute to Governance & Certification: Help establish and maintain development standards, technical documentation, and platform governance, while keeping Salesforce certifications current.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Salesforce (CRM) Developer / Solution Architect, ideally in a global business environment.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce (CRM) platform development, including Apex, Lightning Components, Flow, and Salesforce configuration, incl. hands-on experience with third-party system integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and optimize existing implementations.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in English.
  • Up-to-date Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or System Architect) are strongly preferred.
