Job Responsibilities:
- ·Sample Build Pilot Orders planning and tracking with PM/IPM team and communicate requirements to the different stakeholders.
- ·Be the main contact with internal and external customers, to provide production schedule, status, shipment process and
- Communicate potential issues.
- ·Responsible for MMOG submission as required,
- ·Planning, Coordination and Tracking of Sample builds with internal and external stakeholders.
- ·Provide all information needed for the pilot builds to the different stakeholders as needed.
- ·Support the day to day pilot builds with the different areas enforcing process follow up to complete the builds.
- ·Perform Demand Integration into SAP (Master data, BOMs, work orders, prices, etc.) working with finance and SAP Key users if required, continuous setting and maintenance of Master data as needed including modify existing WO and/or Planned orders.
- ·Validate and approve CR/CN and BOM’s related to pilot to be ready prior to the build.
- ·Lead and plan meetings and follow up according to the activities and responsibilities ( Build plan, Build AME calendar, Project review with stakeholders and management).
- ·Review and update Quality Management system procedures applicable and be audited on internal and external quality system audits.
- ·Review EDI and forecast from customers to provide reports and feedback to the organization and customer to meet and/or negotiate delivery dates.
- ·Coordinate customer shipments from Harman El Paso, Tx and Queretaro based on EDI and make sure all documentation and ASN are provided on time.
- ·Elaborate production plans according to customer requirements (service) and assure the production plan schedule for all PNs.
- ·Schedule stakeholders review for deviations and documentation required to submit it in the system for approval as required to continue the production process.
- ·Tracking and reporting build in progress and finish goods to internal and external customers as needed including the proper shipment coordination until destination.
- ·Manage prototype production schedule by prioritizing multiple requirements within production capacity and resources optimization.
- ·Review and responsible to maintain customer portals as required
- ·KPIs owners for OTD Pilot and Service Parts, Customer Satisfaction and identify improvements to meet the goals and achieve better outcomes.
- ·Coordination of process improvement planning and scheduling.
- ·Preventing, dealing with and participate on solving problems in the Pilot factory, customer complaints and on the field and if necessary, follow the escalation with AME Top Management as needed.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to Management as needed.
- And other activities assigned by Direct Supervisor or Manager.
Basic Qualifications:

- Engineering, International Business, Finance or Administration Degree.
- +3 years in a manufacturing or related environment.
- Depth Knowledge on supply chain (inventory management, customer service, production planning).
- Depth Knowledge of engineering changes and new projects launches in automotive industry
- Depth experience in an SAP-ERP manufacturing environment (Production Planning, Sales, BOM, Workorders, EDI)
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
- Business English (reading and writing that allow fluid presentations).
- Strong Leadership skills to deal with cross functional teams or projects with moderate complexity
- Problem solving mindset to deal with medium to complex problems and decisions taken
- Interpersonal skills to manage difficult concepts or sensitive information and negotiate with others
- Ability to work under stressful conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:

Eligibility Requirements:
- Willingness to Travel
- Willingness to work in an office in Queretaro, Mexico.
