About the Role:
We are looking for a Vue 3 Front End Engineer with strong hands-on experience building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. You will work closely with product, UX, and backend teams to deliver responsive user interfaces, reusable component architecture, and robust state management. The ideal candidate is comfortable with Vue 3 ecosystem tools and follows best practices around performance, maintainability, and clean code.
What You Will Do:
- Build and maintain web applications using Vue 3 and modern frontend engineering practices.
- Develop reusable, modular UI components using Composition API and component-driven design.
- Implement robust state management using Pinia and manage complex data flows.
- Integrate and configure frontend build tooling using Vite, ensuring fast builds and optimized bundles.
- Implement client-side routing using vue-router, including route guards, lazy loading, and nested routes.
- Build data-heavy interfaces using AG Grid (sorting, filtering, grouping, custom renderers, performance tuning).
- Implement localization/internationalization using vue-i18n and ensure multi-language UI readiness.
- Use TypeScript to improve code quality, maintainability, and developer productivity.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST APIs, handle errors, and manage UI-side data validation.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement activities in an Agile setup.
- Ensure quality through unit testing, documentation, and adherence to engineering standards.
Bonus Points if You Have:
- Experience with testing frameworks like Vitest/Jest, Cypress/Playwright.
- Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design best practices.
- Experience implementing design systems and working with component libraries.
- Knowledge of frontend performance optimization (virtualization, memoization, bundle splitting, caching).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for frontend builds and deployments.
- Exposure to micro-frontend architectures or monorepos (Nx/Turborepo/pnpm workspaces).
What Makes You Eligible:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or relevant experience.
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in frontend development for production applications.
- Strong practical experience with Vue 3 and Vue ecosystem tools (Pinia, vue-router).
- Experience using TypeScript in web applications.
- Proven experience building enterprise UIs with complex data tables (AG Grid preferred).
What You Need to Be Successful:
- Strong proficiency in Vue 3, Composition API, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong understanding of state management patterns using Pinia.
- Working experience with Vite configuration and modern build tooling concepts.
- Good understanding of vue-router and SPA navigation patterns.
- Hands-on skills with AG Grid and performance considerations for large datasets.
- Experience implementing vue-i18n and supporting multi-language UX.
- Familiarity with REST API integration, error handling, and frontend security best practices.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills; ability to own features end-to-end.
- Good communication and collaboration skills across UX, backend, and QA teams.
