About the Role

We are looking for a Proactive EC Specialist to enhance mainly our Amazon Vender/ (Amazon1P). You will work closely with other team members as well as Offline store sales, supply chain, Marketing, E-commerce, and external agencies to support Amazon business to prevent from the hitch with Other stores, and you need to work closely with E-com team (DtoC) for mutual cooperation for Amazon

Your Team

This position will report to the Sales Director, consumer Audio Sales team as direct reporting line, and as dotted report line, you will report to E-COM Manager with supporting the Account manager of Amazon 1P.

 
What You Will Do

  • Manage the Amazon daily operations, and the day-to-day activities.
  • Responsible to improve sell through y optimizing the catalogues on Amazon and the points to be improved by the analyzing the data which will be given from vendor Central and Amazon BS and Ad agency with your team member.
  • Organize Joint business plan meeting with Amazon Japan and promote PDCA cycle with Amazon for achieving the goals
  • Able to properly forecast Sell in forecast, sell through  and Inventory (Organize PSI cycle).
  • Have the communication with Harman global account team for Amazon

What You Need

  • At least 2-3 years' experience in e-Commerce.
  • Experienced in Amazon Vender or Seller central.
  • Skills in making Advanced Excel-Pivot Tables, Grouping, Data Validation, and VLOOKUP are essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a result driven, team-oriented environment.
  • Passion to achieve the goal and lead the stakeholder
  • Self-starter,good communication skill  and  can take on challenges without fear of failure and who can always aim for high goals. Those who can take the initiative to take on challenges and improve in difficult situation.

What is Nice to Have

  • Offline store business experience like electric consumer retailer
  • The experience as a Key Account Specialist in fast moving consumer retail goods.
  • Ability to make creative contents using Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
  • Business level English, both speaking and writing.

What Makes You Eligible

  • Basically, no domestic sales trip
  • There might be one time business trip to overseas for EC global conference
  • Successfully complete a background investigation/Aptitude Test as a condition of employment.
