Description & Requirements
The Requirements Engineer – Ready Connect is responsible for end-to-end ownership of system, hardware, mechanical, production, and software requirements across Ready Connect product lines. This role ensures structured requirements definition, traceability, governance, and release alignment across PRD, IRS, SRS, TRS, FFRD, and release artifacts using enterprise requirements management tools.
The role works closely with system engineering, hardware, software, production, mechanical, test, quality, and program teams to converge customer, regulatory, and internal specifications into a single source of truth, ensuring delivery readiness and compliance.
