Job Responsibilities:
• Develop a strong foundation in core IT subjects such as computer science, electronics, and programming.
• Gain hands-on experience in various fields, including hardware and software development.
• Apply theoretical knowledge to real-world challenges in software teams, contributing to innovative projects.
• Start with technical training and then transition into software development, learning how to manage and execute engineering projects.
• Work collaboratively with international teams on cutting-edge solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Complete a practical and research-based bachelor’s thesis to solve a real-world problem.

Program Structure:
Throughout your dual-study program, you’ll rotate through various departments to gain a holistic understanding of the company and the industry:
• Technical Training: Hands-on learning in our technical workshop to build foundational skills.
• Software and Hardware Development: Dive deep into both software and hardware engineering for a comprehensive skill set.

What You Bring:
• A high school diploma (Allgemeine Hochschulreife) with strong academic performance.
• Genuine interest in programming and technology, with a desire to bring hardware to life through software.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
