About the Role:

Responsible for the results of Occupational Health system. Must apply the philosophy of HPS. Developing the Harman skills in employees.


What You Will Do:

  • Advise, create, coordinate and control health programs and occupational health of the employees of the company through preventive programs, always focused in order to maintain and improve the health and fitness employees
  • Regular tasks: Medical examinations for admission, and periodic / emergency care and medical consultation / prenatal / control medicine / preventive health programs (health campaigns)
  • Performs health-monitoring exams to the associates who are exposed to hazardous material or work in hazardous areas (eye, audiometric, respiratory, high pressure and drug tests, etc.)
  • Maintains records of the associates who have suffered a work related injury and completes accident forms for the Mexican Social Security and the Labor Department.
  • Attention, Classification and Control Incident Reporting and illnesses. Support to investigate the causes and establish preventive measures.
  • Provides information and training courses regarding disease and accident prevention as well as first aids.
  • Participates in Motivational, Social, Cultural and Recreational events.
  • Verifies the compliance of the Internal Regulation of the Company by the associates, visitors and employees of external Companies that are providing a service.


What You Need to Be Successful:

  • Medical Degree
  • 2-5 years of related experience as doctor in manufacturing environment
  • Ergonomics - Basic Knowledge
  • Occupational Medicine certification (desirable)
  • English 70%, Intermediate - Advance English level (reading and writing that allow fluid presentations)
  • Ability to work under stressful conditions
  • Knowledge of Health and safety Commission.
  • Knowledge of Government obligations regarding Health and Safety.
  • Experience in the automotive industry preferably
  • Successfully demonstrated ability to manage change.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results through others.
