Supply Chain Specialist- Spares & Compliance

About the Role:

The Analyst, Supply Chain is responsible for the operational Supply Chain activities for the Harman Lifestyle EMEA covering Warehousing & Distribution, Spares, Compliance and Project management.

What You Will Do:

Warehousing & Distribution

• Coordinate and monitor in- and outbound flow & distribution flow for spare parts
• Manage irregular warehousing activities
• Provide, manage and develops management reports
• Material master for spare parts
• Manage warehouse spare parts inventory (wall-to-wall counts, scrapping, utilization)
• Create and manage (intercompany) purchase orders for spare parts
• Spare parts forecasting
• Monitor returns from repair centers in Europe for refurbishment process
• Support of dangerous goods and trade compliance processes

Project Management

• Execute assigned projects
• Monitor departmental projects  
• Develop and maintain reports for logistics department
• Initiate and implement improvement supply chain projects
• Progress and quality of projects

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in the field of logistics e.g. supply chain management
• You must be fluent in English
• Has knowledge of the basics of the own discipline and has followed a Collage education in the
  functional area
• 1-3 years’ work experience in the own discipline
• Operate independent in the specific work field
• Experience with MS office suite, especially excel
• Experience with SAP is highly preferable
