About the Role:

Responsible for production line support, diagnosis of non-conforming material, failure analysis documented in CONFLUENCE format, recording of all incoming and outgoing material in the system, validation and inspection of reworked material. Development of ideas to obtain process optimization, capacity increase and inventory cost reduction through continuous improvement. Deployment of innovative strategies applying the Harman Production System philosophy.
 

What You Will Do:

  • Support to manufacturing areas.
  • Periodic inventories.
  • Disassembly
  • Document and report product related failure analysis.
  • Deliver one failure analysis report per week using a CONFLUENCE format.
  • Collect non-conforming material.
  • Inspections and system capture of all failures to maintain traceability of non-conforming material.
  • Keep the areas focused on the 5S philosophy.
  • Shift reception.
  • Keep tools in proper condition and place.
  • Performing internal audits.
  • A&R inventory management and control by project/week.
  • Meet the proposed metrics (procedure, scorecard, IKPI, KPI).
  • Project support taking into account A&R needs.
  • Review documented information related to issues for A&R support.
  • Comply with Environmental Policy (ISO 14000) and Quality Management System (IATF 16949) standards.
  • Supervision of the disassembly team

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or related career with more than 6 months of experience in manufacturing areas such as Diagnostics, Failure Analysis in electronic components or Test Technician.
  • Intermediate English level 50% (reading and writing).
  • Oriented to risk analysis.
  • Ability to work under stressful conditions.
  • Problem solving and continuous improvement skills.
  • Conflict management.
  • Basic use of Microsoft Office.
  • Basic use of measuring equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, etc.)

  • Average knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Intermediate English level 70% (reading and writing).
  • Solid knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, RS232, SPI, I2C), Boolean and operational logic, signal amplifiers, radio frequency signals and electrical laws and theories.
  • Technical knowledge in Lab view.
  • Interpersonal skills and advanced ability to transfer knowledge.
  • Knowledge on the use of measurement equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, spectrum analyzer).
  • Equipment maintenance.
  • Knowledge of IPC 7711/21 and IPC 610 standards.
  • Knowledge of ANSI 2020 (ESD).
