Description & Requirements

  • Provide the domain/technical knowledge as well as guidance of prioritization of features to our product and services offerings.
  • Shall be responsible for analyzing customer requirements, competitors, target markets, industry trends, industry standards, and the analysis result should translate to our offerings on a continuous basis resulting in increased customer adoption as well as improving our offerings domain relevance.
  • Gather, analyze, and define requirements from business units and facilitate stakeholders to refine requirements. Work and coordinate with multiple stakeholder groups to ensure solutions meet customer objectives. At every stage, understand the needs of the stakeholders and work to fulfil them with appropriate solutions.
  • Observe and translate customer pain-points and expectations, typical MedTech, Pharma industry challenges, into solutions using our products and services that are domain/function-specific.
  • This role requires a senior professional with substantial Healthcare product and services experience under his / her belt who wants to use the experience gathered over the years to influence customers and grow business for the organization.
  • Identify and articulate in writing, comprehensive, high-impact, strategies, plans, solutions, supporting artifacts and deliverables within short turnaround times, and often with limited information at hand.
  • Such articulation will include infographics, diagrams, highlights, and other techniques for keeping customer evaluators engaged and interested in what you are proposing

Experience: - Demonstrated experience on developing large medical devices / software products using an Agile development life cycle is an advantage

  • Experience with large scale MedTech and Pharma Deals
  • Techno-Functional knowledge of MedTech, Pharma
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations e.g. SaMD (Software as Medical Device), 21 CFR Part 11 etc.
  • Formulating deals and managing it across lifecycle
  • Knowledge of product/platform engineering, IoT, Data & AI, Automation solutions
  • Prior experience in a functional expert role within a solution / presales organization
  • Good understanding of HIPAA/HITRUST standards
  • Assisted in the development / deployment of software products / Medical devices
  • Managed communication of status updates to stakeholders and Senior Management

  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Experience of developing creative and client-pleasing solutions to complex business problems
  • Exceptional ability and experience in preparation of proposals, responses and contracts
  • Excellent working knowledge of Solution and Integration Design
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
