Warehouse Lead

About the Role

As a Warehouse Lead, you will oversee end‑to‑end warehouse operations, ensuring continuous material flow, safe storage, and cost‑efficient handling processes. This leadership role manages multiple warehouse sub‑teams and is responsible for maintaining warehouse systems and supporting production material supply. You will drive process improvements, represent the company in supplier discussions, and ensure budget adherence. In this role, you will work closely with cross‑functional partners to support smooth and efficient operations.

What You Will Do

  • Ensure continuous goods receipt, material supply for production lines, shipping activities, and accurate booking in accordance with current procedures; initiate changes when necessary.

  • Oversee all warehouse processes and ensure optimal use of human and material resources.

  • Maintain and update warehouse systems regularly.

  • Ensure safe and cost‑effective storage and material handling.

  • Lead warehouse employees through the team leaders of inbound, picking, ensure continuous production material supply.

  • Oversees the warehouse processes to ensure a smooth NERP transition.

  • Monitors warehouse inventory levels and minimizes reliance on external warehousing.

  • Contribute to fast and effective resolution of operational issues.

  • Monitor, organize, and guide the work and professional development of subordinates.

  • Ensure efficient information flow toward supervisors and other organizational areas. .

  • Perform additional tasks assigned by your supervisor related to the role.

  • Conduct ISO14001 internal audits.

  • Ensure work is performed according to the company’s 5S standards.

  • Comply with and enforce safety, fire protection, environmental, and ESD regulations.

 

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (warehouse management).

  • Intermediate English proficiency, including technical English.

  • Good computer skills (MS Office; SAP MM, WM knowledge).

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Ability and willingness for continuous development.

  • Strong presentation skills.

  • Accuracy and reliability.

  • Strong leadership skills.

  • Understanding of quality standards.

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Experience in leading multiple warehouse functions (inbound, picking, outbound, packaging).

  • Prior participation in ISO14001 audits or environmental management systems.

  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP warehouse modules.

  • Knowledge of 5S or lean manufacturing principles.

  • Experience representing a company in supplier/customer negotiations.

  • Higher education degree.

  • Fluent in English (negotiation level).
