Your Team

The Audio Feature Technology & Innovation Team of Harman’s Car Audio Division is located in Garching, Karlsbad, Novi (US) and Querétaro (Mexico). The group is responsible for driving innovation and developing class leading audio technologies based on internal and external stakeholder’s requirements.

What you will do:

  • Implementation of audio algorithms
  • Building prototypes and technology demonstrators
  • Acoustic measurements
  • Creation of POCs (Proof of Concept)
  • Algorithm porting from MATLAB to C++
  • Creation of software documentation
  • Setting up technologies on development vehicles and/or in the listening room

What you should bring:

  • Studies in electrical engineering / communications engineering / sound engineering or comparable courses
  • Programming knowledge in MATLAB and/or C++
  • Knowledge of audio, acoustics and/or signal processing
  • Knowledge of acoustic measurement technology
  • A high level of independence, motivation and ability to work in a team
  • Good written and spoken English knowledge
  • Communication skills, also in an international environment
