About the Role:

Our team in Product Innovation Management drives and enables all types of innovations across business, technology and culture. We are looking for a highly driven AI enthusiast who not only supports projects but actively elevates the team’s capabilities. This role is for someone who experiments with new tools by default, learns fast, and enjoys being the “AI buddy” others turn to.

Your Team:

You will work in the Divisional Product Innovation Management Team at the intersection of Strategy, product, and technology. We combine creative ideation activities with structured execution and collaborate closely with business units, design and engineering.

What You Will Do:

  • Support innovation initiatives with research, benchmarking, rapid prototyping, and validation

  • Support end-to-end idea management from ideation and concept development through rapid prototyping and validation.

  • Collaborate with designers and developers to translate mock-ups into working products/features and iterate based on user feedback.

  • Identify, test, and integrate state-of-the-art AI tools into prototypes and internal workflows

  • Apply large language models and other AI technologies to automate, accelerate, and enhance innovation processes

  • Prepare structured analyses and decision-ready presentations

  • Actively contribute to building and advancing an internal AI upskilling program

  • Continuously explore new tools and share practical learnings with the team

What You Need:

  • Passion to work with state-of-the-art AI technologies and the ability to learn fast

  • Tech-savvy mindset with hands-on curiosity that is comfortable experimenting with AI tools, data, and prototypes even if you’re not a full-time developer

  • Studies in computer science, software engineering, data science, business informatics or Business administration with tech affinity and interest in innovation management

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for Build-Measure-Learn approaches.

  • Fluency in German and English
