Über die Position

Es erwartet dich die Chance erste Einblicke in die Prozesse von komplexen Automotive Projekten zu erhalten, speziell in der Abwicklung von Garantierückläufern von der Warenannahme bis hin zur Ursachenanalyse und Fehlerabstellung mit der dazugehörigen Dokumentation (8D Reporting) zum Kunden.

Dein Team

Das SW Analyse Team ist eine Abteilung des Kundendiensts im Bereich der Harman Connected Car Division. Die Abteilung ist für die Ursachenanalyse von Infotainment- und Telematik System Fehlern speziell im Bereich Software Analyse zuständig.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Implementierung von Analysetools In Absprache mit den verantwortlichen Kollegen
  • Erstellung von Testskripten in C# und Python in Visual Studio Code für die Testautomatisierung.
  • Auswertung von Dauertests.
  • Unterstützung bei manuellen Tests

Was du mitbringen solltest

  • Technisches Studium (z.B. Informatik, Elektrotechnik, …)
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Programmierung/Skripting (Python, C# oder vgl. objektorientierter Programmiersprache)
  • Erfahrungen mit Datenbanken (z.B. SQL)
  • Gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung mit Office
  • Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Bereitschaft neues zu Lernen
  • Kommunikativ

About the position

You can expect the opportunity to gain initial insights into the processes of complex automotive projects, especially in the processing of warranty returns from the receipt of goods to the root cause analysis and error correction with the associated documentation (8D reporting) to the customer.

Your team

The SW Analysis Team is a customer service department in the Harman Connected Car Division. The department is responsible for the root cause analysis of infotainment and telematics system errors, especially in the area of software analysis.

Your tasks

  • Implementation of analysis tools In consultation with the responsible colleagues
  • Create test scripts in C# and Python in Visual Studio Code for test automation.
  • Evaluation of endurance tests.
  • Support for manual tests

What you should bring with you

  • Technical studies (e.g. computer science, electrical engineering, ...)
  • Good knowledge of programming/scripting (Python, C# or object-oriented programming language)
  • Experiences with databases (z.B. SQL)
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Experience with Office
