About the Role:
Responsible of the management of new launches, transfer of lines, increase capacity and layout improvements.
Improvement ideas development to get process optimization, increase capacity and cost reduction, through
continuous improvement. Innovative strategies deployment by applying the Harman Production System philosophy.
What You Will Do:
- Successful projects development, transfer and/or implementation.
- Equipment tracking and facilities installation requisition.
- Equipment release documentation according to client requirements.
- New projects follow-up through detailed documented planning.
- Equipment Key Performance Indicators monitoring focused in continuous improvement and sustainability.
- Support to manufacturing areas.
- Search continuous training and knowledge growth.
- Process documentation updated.
- Responsible to setup SMT Soldering processes (Paste Printing and Reflowing) and Laser Marking.
- DFM Analysis in Valor system for SMT Soldering processes (Paste Printing and Reflowing) and Laser Marking.
- RFQ Analysis for SMT Soldering processes (Paste Printing and Reflowing) and Laser Marking.
- Prototype Builds Responsibility for SMT Soldering processes (Paste Printing and Reflowing) and Laser Marking.
- Global Standard Compliance.
- SMT Tooling Development for SMT Soldering processes (Paste Printing and Reflowing) and Laser Marking.
- SPC and Laboratory studies.
- Poka Yoke List.
- Build Report and Lesson Learned.
- LOP Industrialization.
- System Management for Factory Logix and Nexim.
- CQI-17 co-author lead.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronic
- Engineering, with 5 years of experience in manufacturing areas as Process Engineer.
- Project Management (New Launches, Transfer of Lines, Increase Capacity, Process Improvements).
- Risk Analysis oriented.
- Core Tools knowledge (At least AMEF, CP, MSA, SPC).
- Ability to work under stressful conditions.
- Problem Solving and Continuous improvement skills.
- Process Optimization, Line Balancing, Process Design skills.
- English 85% fluency.
