Description & Requirements

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Conduzir processos de fechamento financeiro mensal e consolidação de resultados;
  • Atuar no planejamento orçamentário, forecast e análises de variações;
  • Elaborar e acompanhar relatórios gerenciais e apresentações corporativas para diferentes níveis hierárquicos;
  • Desenvolver e monitorar modelos de previsão de fluxo de caixa;
  • Realizar análises financeiras e de custos, suportando decisões estratégicas;
  • Elaborar Business Case;
  • Atuar no gerenciamento de stakeholders, assegurando comunicação clara e alinhamento estratégico.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas afins;
  • Inglês e Excel avançados;
  • Experiência anterior em empresas multinacionais, com exposição a processos financeiros estruturados e interações com diversos níveis hierárquicos em outros países;
  • Vivência em fechamento mensal, orçamento, forecast, controle de custos, FP&A e fluxo de caixa;
  • Experiência na elaboração de apresentações executivas em inglês e relatórios corporativos para outros países;
  • Forte capacidade analítica e habilidade para trabalhar com grandes volumes de dados;
  • Conhecimento em SAP e TOTVS (desejável);
  • Disponibilidade para atuação em teletrabalho e fácil acesso a Porto Alegre/RS.

  • Comunicação clara e objetiva em diferentes níveis hierárquicos;
  • Capacidade de gerenciar prazos e múltiplas demandas em ambiente dinâmico;
  • Perfil colaborativo, organizado e com pensamento crítico;
  • Experiência em ambientes multiculturais e de alta complexidade.
