About the Role
The Digital Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing, defining, and documenting business requirements and processes, and translating them into functional specifications for IT systems. They work closely with stakeholders from various departments, including business units, IT teams, and external partners, to ensure that the IT systems meet the needs of the organization.
Your Team
This position reports into the Director, Lifestyle SD Applications. This role needs to interact and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues.
What You Will Do
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze reporting requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear and concise functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.
SAP ERP/S/4HANA Expertise:
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of SAP ERP and S/4HANA modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP) to understand data flows and structures.
- Extract and analyze data from SAP systems using various tools and techniques.
- Provide expert advice on SAP data models and reporting capabilities
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and management.
- Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and processes.
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Data Analysis & Validation:
- Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Develop and maintain data dictionaries and metadata.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT business analysis, preferably in a large global organization
- Experience with various current/future technologies including SAP ERP, S/4 Hana, Salesforce eCommerce, among other SaaS/PaaS Solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of business analysis techniques, methodologies, and tools
Bonus Points if You Have
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and management tools, such as JIRA or SharePoint
- Familiarity with software development methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bi-lingual. (Korean)

- Be willing to work in an office (Northridge, CA.) 3 days a week.
