About the Role
To manage and maintain the document control system in compliance with IATF 16949 standards, ensuring that all quality-related documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Document Management: Maintain and control all quality system documents including procedures, work instructions, forms, and records in accordance with IATF 16949 requirements.
Version Control: Ensure proper versioning and archiving of documents. Track revisions and maintain document history logs.
Audit Support: Prepare and organize documentation for internal and external audits. Assist auditors with document retrieval and clarification.
Compliance Monitoring: Verify that documents are reviewed and approved by authorized personnel before release. Ensure obsolete documents are removed from active use.
Training Records: Maintain training records related to quality system procedures and standards (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 14001, AIAG manuals).
System Updates: Coordinate with the Quality Systems Engineer to update documentation following process changes or audit findings.
Communication: Distribute updated documents to relevant departments and ensure acknowledgment of receipt.
Support Quality Events: Assist in organizing quality-related events such as Quality Month, awareness campaigns, and training sessions.
Provide the related document control training to the whole organization.
Coordinate calibration activities for the plant.
What You Need
High school diploma or associate degree and above.
2+ years of experience in document control or administrative support in a manufacturing or quality environment.
Familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.
Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office.
Good communication skills in English.
