About the Role
This is a critical role responsible for the ownership and delivery of applications across multiple product series. The candidate will oversee the successful development and deployment of projects while collaborating with the Agile team. The role requires a strong sense of delivery ownership, solid technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

What You Will Do

  • Drive the successful execution and delivery of engineering platforms and frameworks, while continuously enhancing the organization’s execution capabilities.
  • Collaborate effectively with Development, Product Management, and other teams to facilitate planning, problem-solving, and product delivery.
  • Participate in design, development, Agile, and peer reviews, setting an example through leadership and best practices.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to improving code quality and building highly stable, responsive applications.
  • Partner with QA and product teams to develop comprehensive test plans.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • 6+ years of total professional experience, including at least 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Required Skills: Qt, QML, C++11/C++14, multi-threading, OS concepts, object-oriented programming, and design principles.
  • Agile software development experience; certification is a plus.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific and technical literature.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to effectively document code.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams is preferred.
  • Provide technical leadership across multiple projects, guiding developers to achieve targets while fostering strong team engagement. Integrate QA and other project team members to ensure cohesive project execution. Mentor and support team members, ensuring clarity, skill development, and maintaining overall team health.

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive in achieving high-quality results that meet or exceed internal and external standards of excellence.
  • Drive improvements across the project lifecycle (SDLC/STLC) in collaboration with stakeholders, including defining, implementing, and ensuring adherence to project-level metrics for quality, productivity, and schedule.
  • Experience or knowledge in the audio domain/industry is a plus.
