About the Role
- 이 팀은 전 사무실의 유지 관리 전반을 책임지며, 경영진 및 외부 업체와 협력하여 회사의 지침 및 프로젝트 요구 사항에 따라 시설을 구축하고 관리합니다.
- 그 외에도 원활한 운영을 위해 다양한 행정 업무를 지원합니다.
- **본 포지션은 2년 계약직 포지션입니다.**
What You Will Do
- 사무 공간, 장비, 인프라를 포함한 모든 시설의 유지보수, 수리 및 운영을 총괄
- 청소, 보안, HVAC(냉난방 및 환기 시스템) 등 시설 관련 필요에 따른 외부 계약업체 및 서비스 공급업체 관리
- 공간 배치, 자원 확보, 장비 설치 등 프로젝트의 원활한 진행을 위한 물류 및 운영 지원
- 쾌적하고 안전하며 인체공학적으로 적절한 근무 환경 유지 및 모니터링
- 자재 및 부품 구매, 인보이스 처리, 운영 및 자본 지출 예산 기획 및 관리
- 프로젝트별 수신 인보이스 및 예상 비용을 기반으로 비용 현황을 적시에 업데이트
What You Need to Be Successful
- 학사 졸업자(초대졸 지원 가능)
- 신입 혹은 경력 5년 이하 (경력단절여성 환영)
- MS Office 활용 가능한 분
- 문서 작성 능력 및 커뮤니케이션 능력이 있는 분

About the Role
- The Facilities team is integral to the overall success of the organization. The team is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all our sites.
- The team works closely with the management and vendors to set up facilities as per corporate guidelines and project requirements.
- **This is a 2 years fixed-term contract role.**
What You Will Do
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of all facilities, including office spaces, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Manage external contractors and service providers for facility related needs, such as cleaning, security, and HVAC maintenance.
- Provide logistical and operational support to ensure smooth execution of projects, such as space allocation, resource availability and equipment setup.
- Monitor workplace conditions, ensuring a safe, clean, and ergonomically sound environment.
- Oversee purchasing of material and parts, invoices, plan for and manage budgets for both operating and capital expenses.
- Cost follow up: based on received invoices + expected invoices, keep a timely update of the cost follow up per project.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Minimum of associate degree preferred
- Fresh graduate or less than 5 years of relevant work experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bonus Points if You Have
- Experience in any global corporation
- Experience in administrative work/facility coordination
