About the Role
The Manufacturing Process Technician – Systems & Documentation is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving the documentation systems that support robust and standardized manufacturing processes within the Pilot Factory area, focusing on PFMEA updates, Control Plans, visual aids, standardized work, and all required process documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency. A key component of this role is coordinating and executing Kaizen ideas generated in the Pilot Factory, ensuring improvement initiatives are evaluated, documented, standardized, and properly reflected within the formal manufacturing documentation system to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
What You Will Do
- Develop, update, and maintain PFMEA documentation, Control Plans, process flows, and standardized work for all Pilot Factory processes.
- Create and improve visual aids, work instructions, and documentation systems to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Coordinate, document, and execute Kaizen ideas generated within the Pilot Factory area, ensuring improvements are evaluated, standardized, and sustained.
- Capture process changes and observations from the shop floor and translate them into accurate documented standards.
- Support Process Engineers by maintaining validated documentation for new or modified processes (without direct ownership of launch activities).
- Assist in identifying process gaps by performing on‑floor observations and participating in structured problem‑solving.
- Ensure all documentation updates are properly controlled, released, and communicated to Production and Pilot Factory teams.
- Participate in quality and EHSS systems activities by ensuring documentation accuracy and supporting compliance with plant procedures and objectives.
What You Need to Be Successful

- Bachelor´s degree
- 1 year experience on manufacturing process
- 20% English (Written and Read Level Require)
