Inside Sales Specialist – E-commerce
(Bol.com, Coolblue, Media Markt, Krefel and other online retail)

About the Role:
You’ll be the bridge between data and decisions - helping our sales teams and partners stay ahead in a fast-moving retail environment. Your analytical mindset and proactive approach will directly impact on how we serve our customers and grow our business.
As a Inside Sales Specialist - E-commerce, you will be supporting the Harman Key Account manager for managing relationships with key online retailers such as Bol.com, Coolblue and the e-commerce divisions of MediaMarkt, Krëfel, and Vanden Borre. You will drive sales growth, optimize product availability, and work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless execution of commercial plans. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, commercial mind set, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and digital marketing teams.
What You Will Do:
- Drive the monthly sales forecast process together with our Tier 1 customers, ensuring alignment between planning, demand, and business goals.
 - Act as a key link between Sales and Sales Support, following up on orders, checking pricing, and managing planning vs. forecast vs. orders in SAP.
 - Turn advertising and sales data from Excel reports into clear, visual dashboards that support smarter decision-making.
 - Provide display and promotional support for the Travel Retail channel.
 - Support Account Managers by handling local customer requests and providing daily support for partners such as TRI, MSC, and Lagardère.
 - Prepare presentations and insights for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with both Tier 1 customers and Sales Management.
 - Analyze weekly data from top retail customers (Bol.com, Coolblue, MediaMarkt), compare results with GfK reports, and identify new commercial opportunities.
 - Track Weeks-on-Hand vs. Sell-Out data to help optimize sales performance and store-level execution.
 
What You Need to Be Successful:
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales, E-commerce, or Key Account Management, preferably in Consumer Electronics or Retail.
 - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
 - Good understanding of e-commerce platforms (Bol.com, Coolblue, MediaMarkt) and online retail KPIs.
 - Experience in forecasting, demand planning, and sales performance tracking is a plus.
 - Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Digital Marketing teams.
 - Strong negotiation and communication skills to manage retailer relationships.
 - and Fluent in English and preferably also speaking Dutch (French is a plus).
