About the Role

As an integral part of CG Japan, the position owner will drive the alignment and definition of standard processes within the Business Operations, support process tailoring and the rollout within the projects, and focus on compliance of these by tracking, moderating, and reporting and driving necessary improvement actions.

Your Team

This position will be the process expert closely collaborating with several departments across CG JP and SBU’s, HR, finance as well as Quality.

What You Will Do

  • Lead Transformation Initiatives and work with team members in Japan, APAC, EU & Americas
  • Drive the definition and implementation of standards for processes and activities within Business Operations (BO), assessing and driving constant process improvements and adjustments in alignment with business needs and close collaboration with all stakeholders.
  • Responsible for development processes to be introduced and tailored within Japan projects in close cooperation with CAM & SBU teams
  • Participate in and actively drive global process alignment: Analyze existing processes, identify improvement and standardization opportunities, and drive implementation for Japan.
  • Closely collaborate, act as a sparring partner for all relevant stakeholders regarding implementation and execution of BO processes within projects, such as e.g. CAM’s, Quality, SBU’s.
  • Coach and guide new projects to roll out and drive projects along the tailored process.
  • Ensure that tailoring complies with defined standards and respectively drive audit and compliance readiness based on defined standards (e.g. BMS, A-SPICE, IATF, VDA).

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or comparable.
  • Minimum 10+ years in sales, program management or account management.
  • Experience in managing / leading transformation initiatives from ideation to completion.
  • Expert knowledge of engineering processes (especially requirements management), process modelling, and process management.
  • Excellent collaboration, driving initiatives to healthy conclusion and problem-solving ability.
