About the Role:
Do you have a strong interest in business processes, transformation, and finding smarter ways of working?
As a Process Improvement Intern ( Business Transformation), you will support our PMO team in driving process improvement initiatives linked to the NERP (SAP S/4HANA) transformation. You will help analyze, design, and optimize business processes, while exploring opportunities to simplify and automate workflows across EMEA.
In this role, you will gain exposure to cross-functional processes, collaborate with stakeholders from different departments, and contribute to real transformation initiatives with tangible business impact.
What You Will Do:
- Map and analyze current vs. target business processes, focusing on NERP workflows
- Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and user pain points
- Support the design and documentation of improved processes
- Track issues and contribute to their resolution
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows
- Support small automation initiatives (e.g. workflows, reporting)
- Help simplify and standardize ways of working
What You Need to be Successful:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field at a university in the Netherlands
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Curious and eager to learn about business processes, ERP transformation, and automation
- Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders and understand their needs
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and suggest practical improvements
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and open to learning digital tools (e.g. process mapping or basic automation tools)
