About the Role

Responsible of support to production line, diagnosis of non-conforming material, documented failure analysis in BMS Format, record of all inputs and outputs of material in system, validate and inspect of reworked material. Development ideas to get process optimization, increase capacity and cost inventory reduction through continuous improvement. Innovative strategies deployment applying Harman Production System philosophy.

What You Will Do

  • Support to manufacturing areas.
  • Get tools.
  • Equipment tracking and facilities request.
  • Equipment release documentation according to client requirements.
  • New projects follow-up through detailed documented planning.
  • A&R personnel training.
  • Search continuous training and knowledge growth.
  • Maintain documentation updated.
  • Keep and implement Layout of A&R area.
  • Inventory and plans reduction of non-conforming material
  • Personal payroll.
  • Risk analysis for reworks.
  • KPI, IKPI and Scorecard metrics.
  • Attendance of meetings (Yield, SQDC, etc.).
  • Planning for support to manufacturing areas.
  • Work with interdisciplinary areas for support to solve the product issues.
  • Interviews for personnel vacancies.
  • Capability studies in A&R area.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or similar with 5 year of experience in automotive electronic company.
  • Advance English level 90% (reading and writing).
  • Project Management (New Launches, Transfer of Lines, Increase Capacity, Process Improvements).
  • Oriented Analysis to risks.
  • Core Tools knowledge (AMEF, CP, MSA, SPC).
  • Ability to work under stressful conditions.
  • Problem Solving and Continuous improvement skills.
  • Conflict Management.
  • Basic usage of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Basic usage of measurements equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, etc.).
  • Certified in HPS.

  • Usage of measurement equipment (audio analyzer, signal analyzer, etc.).
  • Knowledge in norm IPC 7711/21 and IPC 610.
  • Knowledge in ANSI 2020 (ESD).
