About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Automotive Project Manager to lead projects from kick-off to delivery with OEMs. You'll drive project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
What You Will Do:
- Lead project lifecycle (kick-off, planning, execution, delivery) with OEMs
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (dev, testing, OEM partners)
- Ensure project deliverables meet OEM requirements and timelines
- Manage risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations
- Drive project reviews and status reporting
What You Need to Be Successful:
- 9-12 years of experience, with 3-6 years in automotive project management
- Proven track record of managing projects with OEMs
- Strong project management skills (planning, execution, delivery)
- Experience with automotive industry standards and processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bonus Points if You Have:
- Experience with infotainment, connectivity, or ADAS projects
- Knowledge of automotive development processes (ASPICE, etc.)
- Familiarity with OEM-specific requirements and collaboration models
