About the Role
As the Global Production Marcom Manager, you will lead the planning and development of global marketing assets and collateral for new Lifestyle product launches. This role includes producing photo and video content to effectively market products, in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies. The ideal candidate will be globally minded and aligned with business objectives, maintaining close coordination with regional product teams, global marketing, and business unit stakeholders.
What You Will Do
- Lead the creation of high-impact marketing collateral, including videos, photography, presentations, point-of-sale materials, digital assets, and sales tools.
- Partner with the Brand team to lead the NPI portion of strategically integrated marketing communication plans that support global product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with product management, sales, digital, social, PR, and external agencies to ensure aligned messaging and a consistent visual identity across all channels.
- Ensure that all content adheres to global brand guidelines while being adaptable to regional and local market needs.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver on-time and on-brand marketing assets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to inform future strategies and ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and new communication platforms to drive innovation in marketing communications execution.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in a global or consumer products environment, within the audio, electronics, or lifestyle tech space.
- Cross-functional collaboration - proven ability to work across departments on integrated marketing campaign initiatives and produce impactful creative assets.
- Experience working with creative agencies and production teams.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-starter in fast-paced environments – Highly motivated and adaptable; thrives in dynamic settings and handles multiple concurrent projects.
Bonus Points if You Have
- Experience within the audio, electronics, or lifestyle tech space.
- Understanding of audio products, user segments, and how to communicate both emotional and technical value.
- Strategic problem-solving – Adept at navigating ambiguous, multi-solution challenges typical in marketing environments.

- Willingness to travel 15%+ of the time
