About the Role
In this role, you’ll help shape how HARMAN Automotive works with external partners to deliver high-quality software solutions. You’ll be responsible for finding the right partners, bringing them on board, and ensuring they deliver on scope, quality, and performance expectations. Your work will be central to maintaining smooth execution, strong governance, and trusted relationships that help HARMAN scale efficiently.
What You’ll Do
Identify and evaluate new partners who can deliver specific scopes of work for HARMAN’s software programs, ensuring strong technical capabilities and alignment with HARMAN’s standards.
Lead the onboarding process, working closely with engineering, procurement, legal, and delivery teams to define responsibilities, expectations, and operational processes.
Establish and maintain governance frameworks to monitor delivery performance, SLAs, and quality metrics—making sure every partner consistently meets HARMAN’s contractual and operational obligations.
Act as the main point of contact for assigned partners, supporting communication, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across delivery cycles.
Track performance and compliance, maintaining reports, scorecards, and dashboards to highlight risks, escalations, and achievements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of partner deliverables into HARMAN’s product roadmap and operational ecosystem.
Support occasional joint development or go-to-market initiatives where they align with strategic priorities or add complementary value to HARMAN’s software offerings.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging suppliers to identify new opportunities for capability expansion or efficiency improvement.
What You Need
Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field
Experienced in automotive software industry with Product strategy or Product Management background (with automotive OEMs, T1 or Major Tech player)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels, teams and geographies.

Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation are also available, such as bonuses or commission.
Pay is based on a wide range of factors, including, without limitation, skill set, experience, training, location, and business need. While the above range is a reasonable estimate of the wage range for this position, please note the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographical differential associated with the location where the position may be filled.
