Full stack development Lead

What You Will Do

As a Full Stack Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable web applications. You’ll lead a cross-functional team of developers, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems. Your leadership will drive innovation, enforce best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex technical challenges, mentoring developers, and delivering impactful digital solutions that align with business goals.

What You Need

  • Preferred qualification - bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or relevant field
  • Strong hands on experience in .Net Framework and C#
  • Strong hands on experience in Asp.Net MVC
  • Strong hands on experience in.Net Core
  • Strong hands on experience in Web API
  • Strong hands on experience in SQL
  • Experience in Entity Framework and Linq
  • Experience in Xunit or MS test frameworks for C# unit test
  • Experience in code-refactoring
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS
  • Proficiency in JavaScript,including its ecosystem.
  • Hands on experience on ReactJS
  • Hands on experience on Redux
  • Hands on experience on Type Script
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and handling data from external sources.
  • Strong understanding of FluentUI or similar frameworks
  • Strong understanding of Responsive design
  • Experience with cross-browser compatibility.
  • Strong understanding of Accessibility best practices
  • Hands on experience on Testing frameworks and libraries like Jest and React Testing Library
  • Performance monitoring tools like Lighthouse
  • Expertise in creating reusable components and optimizing performance.
  • Hands on experience on Build tools such as Webpack
  • Experience in DevOps/Agile tools such as Azure DevOps and Git.
  • Implement best practices and coding standards like sonar,FXCOP and stylecop
  • Azure PaaS : App Service, Functions, Storage, Service bus, Redis, Key vault, Azure AD, App insights
  • Azure ADO: Pipelines and Releases(CICD),Branching and code merge process
  • Ability to analyze and debug complex issues.
  • Good communication
  • Leading a team of 5-6 developers
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum Software Development.
  • Experience in Requirement Gathering, Requirements Specifications Preparation, Analysis and Design, Coding and Implementation, and Client Interaction
  • Designing and solution expertise.

Good to have skills:

  • Knowledge on Azure AI Services like Open AI, Azure AI Search and any other services
  • Hands on experience in M365 Copilot, Teams AI library, AI builder, Agentic AI workflows
  • Prompt engineering
  • Understanding the uses of each model
  • RAG Implementation concept and hands on experience
