About the Role

Responsible for ensuring the operational availability of equipment and machinery to preserve good performance, as well as improve processes by optimizing the performance of equipment and machinery applying HPS philosophy considering the KPIs; Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost for decision making.

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for developing strategies to ensure the achievement of the objectives of department.
  • Responsible for corrective maintenance technicians results as maintenance downtime, responsible for complying safety rules.
  • Responsible for managing Preventive maintenance system for equipment of production and building
  • Responsible for giving technical support when this is requested due an abnormality in the process production where the technicians are taking more time as well as offer support when they requested it.
  • Responsible for developing glide graphics to work with clear & consistent direction
  • Responsible for keeping maintenance area and production lines under a standard 5s
  • Participates and provides support related with quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets and programs.
  • Ensure the SAA and SC requirements are established, implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 1400 and IATF
  • Fixture room and Tool crib area responsible.
  • Responsible for auditing that tool crib
  • Follow established department metrics: OEE, Downtime and pm Compliance
  • Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by Maintenance Manager

What You Need to Be Successful

  • 3 years working in maintenance area.
  • English level 50%
  • Leadership.
  • Change Orientation.
  • Collaboration.

  • Result Driven.
  • Teamwork and respect.
  • Experience in electrical control, electronics
  • Analytical.
  • Communication skills according the position.
  • Engineer or bachelors degree
  • Experience in mechanic machines
  • Experience in pneumatic

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Experience in automotive gyration in assembly lines
  • Experience working with electronics tester.
  • Experience working with Tools Screwdriver Brand Desoutter.
  • Knowledge in programming Epson robotics
  • Conflict management.
  • PLCs Omron and Allen Bradley
  • TPM
  • Problem solving
