About the Role
As a Plant Process Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing automated production equipment by participating in its commissioning, monitoring performance, and implementing improvements. You will identify root causes of process issues, define preventive actions, and contribute to the development of optical inspection systems. Additionally, you will prepare technical documentation, analyses, and support the professional development of maintenance staff.
What You Will Do
Participation in the acceptance and commissioning of automated production equipment
Supervision of production equipment, improving efficiency and availability
Identifying and resolving root causes of production-related issues, defining preventive actions
Performing tasks related to camera-based optical systems (NI Vision Builder, Keyence 2D, 3D, NI LabView)
Documentation of activities
Preparation/modification of equipment in case of changes
Preparing reports and analyses
Professional development of maintenance technicians
What You Need to Be Successful
Higher education degree in engineering:
Mechatronics Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Computer Science Engineer / Mechanical EngineerProgramming experience
English language skills at a communicative level
Creative, analytical thinking, effective problem-solving skills, systematic work approach, flexibility
Bonus Points if You Have
Knowledge of automation
Experience in PLC programming: Beckhoff TwinCAT, Siemens
Experience in electronics manufacturing
Knowledge of automotive standards (VDA, ISO/TS, IATF, 8D, MSA, SPC, Pareto, APQP, PPAP, FMEA)
Experience in operating camera-based systems
Programming experience (C#, Beckhoff PLC, KUKA Robot)
