About the Role:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving RD’s sellout across offline channels, executing sellout initiatives, collaborating with ND’s sellout team, and overseeing business operations in the Car Aftermarket and Car Showroom segments.
What You Will Do:
Drive sales growth through effective management of channel partners and distributors.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key dealers and retailers.
Take ownership of business performance for Car Aftermarket products at dealer locations.
Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Enhance market penetration and strengthen brand visibility.
Expand retailer network and improve retail footprint.
Stay informed about new product offerings and ensure effective communication with channel partners.
Implement best practices to boost sellout performance.
Strategically plan and manage the placement of retail fixtures in stores.
Foster positive and collaborative relationships across all stakeholders — from National Distributors (NDs) to Regional Distributors (RDs) and internal teams.
Execute retail marketing initiatives to support sales objectives.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market share trends.
Share market insights and customer feedback with marketing and product development teams.
Ensure all partners are regularly updated on Harman’s latest products and solutions.
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and detailed territory plans.
What You Need to Be Successful:
Possess 12+ years of hands-on experience in Dealer and Retail Management, with a preference for candidates from the Car Aftermarket or Automobile industry. Involved in strategic planning to drive sales growth.
Strong focus on maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
Support data-driven decision-making through effective reporting and analysis.
Bonus Points if You Have :
MBA in Sales & Marketing from top colleges
Proficient in Excel and skilled in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations.
