About the Role

We're seeking an experienced SRE DevOps Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems, leveraging DevOps practices, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies.

What You Will Do

1. DevOps and SRE Practices: Implement and maintain DevOps and SRE practices, ensuring seamless collaboration between development and operations teams.

2. Containerization and Orchestration: Design, develop, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

3. Monitoring and Incident Management: Implement monitoring tools and strategies to detect and respond to incidents, ensuring high availability and reliability.

4. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Use Terraform to manage infrastructure as code, ensuring consistency and reproducibility across environments.

5. Cloud Management: Manage and optimize cloud resources on AWS or Azure, ensuring cost-effectiveness and scalability.

What You Need to Be Successful

1. Technical Skills:

    - Experience with DevOps practices, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies and serverless computing.

    - Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

    - Experience with monitoring tools and incident management processes.

2. Cloud Experience:

    - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and their respective services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda).

    - Ability to design and implement scalable and secure cloud architectures.

3. Infrastructure as Code:

    - Experience with Terraform or other IaC tools, managing infrastructure as code.

    - Ability to write efficient and scalable code.

4. Problem-Solving and Collaboration Skills:

    - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    - Strong collaboration and communication skills, working with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Points if You Have

1. Experience with CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).

2. Knowledge of Security Best Practices: Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing secure systems.

3. Experience with Logging and Monitoring Tools: Experience with logging and monitoring tools (e.g., ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana).

What Makes You Eligible

1. Relevant Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or a related field.

2. Technical Expertise: Strong technical skills in DevOps practices, containerization, orchestration, and cloud technologies.

3. Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

4. Collaboration and Communication Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively.
