About the Role:

Capture, analyze and report HR trends turnover, absenteeism, HC and termination of the labor relationship. Responsible to manage the communication with the union in the third shift

What You Will Do:

  • Maintain a fluid relationship with the union to which the company's workers are affiliated in order to maintain a healthy work environment, in weekly meetings with the members of the union committee, at certain service hours.
  • Maintain a fluid relationship with the production management of the company in order to enforce the agreements and meet the demands of the workers regarding the scheduling of work days through scheduled meetings.
  • Provide attention to the workers in order to maintain a healthy environment, addressing concerns, complaints, giving them proper attention and solving their problem.
  • Agree or negotiate the termination of a employee, through the termination process, completing the employee's file to be prepared in case legal assistance is required and control of the worker's file.
  • Control of turnover and absenteeism: preparation of turnover reports to make decisions on corrective and preventive actions and requirements by external auditors.
  • Be aware of current or upcoming labor legislation, in order to maintain a favorable work environment.
  • Attend inspections of government agencies and external audits.
  • Actively participate in the chambers, associations, business clusters to which the company is attached, to gather information on the employment situation in the state regarding indicators of turnover, absenteeism and causes for decision-making.
  • Registration, analysis, follow-up and response to the format of the follow-up mechanism for complaints received through our contact points.
  • Compliance with the established response and resolution times, according to the type of complaint, the correct application of the internal work regulations and/or code of conduct, as well as the record of the disciplinary measure that was applied.
  • Provide the correct labor advice to avoid labor contingencies and carry out due process.
  • Provide training in disciplinary procedures, employment contract, procedures and practices to middle managers for their correct application.
  • Manage multiple short and long term projects with simultaneous deadlines, effectively managing time and resources to achieve established objectives.
  • Take care of the company's work climate by carrying out motivation programs designed and adapted to the company's needs, such as recognition programs, holding events, climate surveys, indicators, etc. Related activities that improve the work environment.
  • Feed the personnel administration systems correctly registrations, modifications and cancellations of personnel registration.
  • Maintain and manage the administration of personnel files. In addition to meeting certification requirements and the needs of clients and government agencies, such as criminal record management and socioeconomic studies
  • Additional duties assigned by the Human Resources Manager.

  • College or University Degree Business Administration, Public Administration, Personnel Administration, Laws or a closely related field.
  • 3 - 4 years of related experience in Human Resources.
  • Ability to work under stressful conditions.
  • Knowledge of Tress System, Workday, Mexican Law, Social Security Law, Infonavit.
  • Communications skills (Oral and Written).
  • Interpret and apply applicable laws, codes, regulations and standards.
  • Interpret and administer collective bargaining agreements, workplace policies and procedures.
  • Conduct research and/or investigations.
  • Compile and analyzing complex data.
  • English 40% (reading and writing).
  • Guidelines of public personnel administration.
  • Principles of human resources administrations including, benefits administration, classification and compensations employee/labor relations.
  • Mathematical and statistical concepts knowledge.
  • Computer knowledge.
