About the Role
In this role you’ll be responsible for the calculation of expected spare parts sales figures for the long term storage demand, mainly supporting the AUDIO portfolio.
Your Team
You will report to the Team Lead Logistics, Spare Parts & Repairs. Within the team you will handle multiple projects of different OEM customers globally.
What You Will Do
This role is responsible for the analysis, calculation and tracking of spare parts demand figures for different customers and projects within the Harman organization, focused on European projects.
- Calculation of long term demand figures (EOL) on finish good level.
- Analysis of Sales and Quality figures for the total delivery horizon (SOP until EOP).
- Control of stored units for long term supply, drive analysis of planned vs delivered quantities and start recovery actions in terms of deviation.
- Drive and support interface for Service Simulation Demand requirements in SAP during SOP until EOP.
- Support Last Time Buy calculations related to where used BOM management related to service. Calculation of EOL service demand for discontinued parts from our suppliers.
- Audio Business landscape integration to fulfill service requirements.
- Manufacturing support for different requests (material demand, delivery obligation, obsolete material handling, shortage evaluation).
- CAM support for pricing evaluation, cost breakdowns.
- Business planning, coordinating and ensuring the supply of spare parts and documenting projects.
- Developing forecasts and forecast models for the long-term supply of our customers.
- Supporting ongoing aftermarket spare part projects until the end of life.
- Coordination of all measures with CAMs for ramp-down projects.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Bachelor’s degree with a preference for business administration.
- 3+ years of progressively responsible and successful experience in an automotive logistics or service role, alternative a role in supply chain or Account Management.
- Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.
- SAP basic skills.
- Practical experience in management of automotive service and/or remanufacturing activities.
- Practical experience in data analytics for service demand tracking and predictions.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills required.
- Fluency in English and Hungarian.
- Self-motivated, structured, and flexible way of working.
Bonus Points if You Have
- Experience in a similar quality or service role at a global Automotive Tier1.
- Experience in demand forecasting applications.
- SAP skills in modules MM, PP, SD, WHM, IBP, Analysis.
- Knowledge of German.
