About the Role:
The analyst has responsibility for analyses of our spare part warehouse inventory, statists for purchasing orders on new product introductions and for last time buy of parts so products can be supported for many years.
The person is expected to perform KPI reporting and analyses. Administrative day-to-day task, which includes spare parts selection for online sales, price maintenance, coordinate online part contents and pricing in cooperation with the spare parts team and stakeholders.
Our new colleague will take part in defining and improving processes and finding new and better solutions. Furthermore, improvements of analytic tools and development of new tools in cooperations with IT developers and PMO teams will be a part of the role.
The new employee will be one of the key support representatives by assisting with testing, validating and providing constructive feedback in Global and local E-commerce and spare part related projects.
Spare parts are sold to end-users via Harman Lifestyle E-commerce business and to Harman service organization for its warranty repairs. The person will be working closely together with both global and regional teams. Reporting directly to the EMEA Spare Part Manager.
What You Will Do:
Spare parts sales online B2C
- Part selection for B2C
- Parts and price maintenance
- Responsible for online content

Spare part Analyzer
- Support parts purchasing, new parts, maintenance and last time buys
- Purchasing price control
- Warehouse spare parts inventory reporting
- KPI reporting
Coordination and framing requirements for projects
- Internal spare parts sales tools
- Qlik tool development (with IT help)
- Qlik tool improvements (with IT help)
What You Need to Be Successful:
- Trading experience (Purchasing and sales).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in data analysis tools.
- Willingness to explore/ adopt new applications.
- Microsoft office pack, especially Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Educations: vocational academy education, bachelor’s degree or similar.
- Business English language both written and verbal.
Bonus Points if You Have:
- Knowledge in SAP / Qlik / Power Bi.
- Implementation and project experience.
- Networking skills.
- Team player skills.
- Interest in consumer electronics.
What Makes You Eligible:
- Be willing to travel up to 5%, domestic and international travel.
- Be willing to work in an office in Denmark.
