About the Role
In this role, you will be a core member of a small but effective integrated marketing team that will help Harman build and grow Philippines digital ecosystem.
You will own all of Harman’s digital and integrated online campaigns across multiple platforms with the goal of bringing best in class brand and eCommerce experiences to life for the consumer.
You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Digital & E-Commerce APAC, with a dotted reporting to the Country Manager of Philippines. This is an independent contributor role.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with the wider team to plan and create digital driven marketing plans (includes paid media), content, creatives, KPIs & reporting
- Educate key stakeholders on digital planning, adaptive marketing and agile practices that best engages the HARMAN consumers.
- Build and maintain a Digital Marketing scorecard to effectively measure and report all digital activities. This includes providing ongoing online sales reporting and analysis, focusing on ROI, conversion rate and other marketing KPI’s as well as measure and report on the effectiveness of the campaigns.
- Identify opportunities and bridge gaps of each brand to improve digital KPIs. This would entail partnering jointly with internal teams locally in the Philippines and APAC region, distributors, agencies, marketplaces and e-retailers to optimize budget, media, content, promotional mechanics, and other key levers.
- Be a performance ambassador by influencing the marketing organisation to be ROI-driven. This includes engaging internal stakeholders to build business cases or ensure best practices are adopted.
- Proactive in identifying and introducing new consumer trends, media opportunities or key learnings.
- Work closely with key local eCommerce partners on a regular cadence to evaluate marketing solutions (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop etc).
- Manage the eCommerce opportunities of HARMAN’s Owned eCommerce platforms.
- Identify and manage affiliate opportunity and activity to further drive traffic to HARMAN websites.
- Oversee and recommend websites enhancement to maximize audience opportunities (data capture, where-to-buy, store visits etc), in tandem with local roll-out plans and change requests.
- Manage and grow customer database through acquisition campaigns, brand partnerships, and innovate strategies as well as newsletter subscriptions and warranty registration.
- Develop and see through all Digital Marketing best practices are applied locally with a focus on how they translate to success. This also includes initiating, designing and running workshops, training and learning programs.
- Manage digital agency relationships, to ensure projects are delivered to brief, on time and within budget
- Collaborate closely with distributor teams (digital & ecommerce) to be in line with Harman’s commercial strategy and direction
- Lead the annual, quarterly, and monthly business planning and forecasting process for all eCommerce accounts with the key distributor teams
What You Need to Be Successful
- 3-5 years working experience managing and executing digital marketing campaigns and well versed with marketing systems and tools such as SalesForce Commerce Cloud – Demandware, GA360, DSP, DCO, Social Listening and Influencer tools
- Solid track record in executing sophisticated digital marketing programs and Tech stacks across different digital channels that drive tangible and measurable business outcomes
- Experience in Paid and Owned media (social, search, programmatic, performance marketing, analytics, site builds and content)
- Understanding eCommerce and/or prior brand & portfolio management, communications and media planning & marketing experience
- Experience in managing and successfully growing eCommerce stores.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- Passion for and genuine curiosity for innovation in the Digital / eCommerce space
- Data/Insight-driven, strong sense of accountability and solution-oriented are key. Ability to draw insights from multiple data sources and formulate recommendations for improvements.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Google Analytics.
- Strong project management skills including conceptualisation, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives
- Ability to juggle between the details and big picture, manage multiple and competing projects and priorities.
- Adaptable to ambiguity, changes and be at the forefront to lead change in both actions and behavior
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a culturally-diverse team environment, and understanding what it means to achieve success with others and through others
- Able to perform well in a matrixed organization.
