About the Role

As a Working Student in Sustainability Data & Digitalization, you will support the development of data-driven sustainability initiatives with a strong focus on environmental data, decarbonization, and digital transformation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sustainability, IT, and Engineering to enhance data processes, improve analytics capabilities, and help integrate sustainability into core business systems and decision-making.

What You Will Do

  • Support the development of business intelligence capabilities within the sustainability domain
  • Assist in digitalizing key environmental data processes and workflows
  • Improve and automate data collection and analysis in sustainability-related areas, such as carbon footprint and product carbon footprints (PCFs), using AI tools and models
  • Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to map existing workflows, identify gaps, and implement digital solutions for decarbonization initiatives
  • Support the integration of enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) with sustainability platforms
  • Contribute to data integration efforts, linking operational systems with sustainability metrics
  • Help embed environmental data into business planning and product development processes

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Interest in sustainability, decarbonization, and environmental data analytics
  • Basic understanding or strong interest in data analytics, digital tools, and AI applications
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Proactive, structured, and eager to learn in a cross-functional environment
